Sweatpants and joggers are probably much easier to sell compared to t-shirts or other types of clothes. Why? Because most are made to be unisex and people wouldn’t mind getting a size bigger than their usual.

This helps you avoid getting too many return requests which may be the deal when selling items like leggings, dresses and even crop tops.

In this article, I’ll be sharing 15 fulfillment sites you can use to design custom printed sweatpants and joggers.To make things easier, I’ve also included the list of integrations each of these sites offer as well as other types of clothing you can sell.

15 Best Print On Demand Sweatpants & Joggers To Sell Online

1. Printify

Printify is usually the best fulfillment site to work with thanks to their wide range of products that are priced reasonably. However, for sweatpants, they only have a limited selection to work with.

Nevertheless, if you’re looking to sell beyond just sweatpants and joggers, Printify is still the best supplier for your store. They have more than 800 products including tie dyes, sportswear and crop tops!

For joggers, you can choose between selling athletic joggers, casual joggers, jogger shorts or youth joggers – or everything! It’s nice that you can get at least 5 sizes for each of these products with Printify and offer better sizing to your customers.

If you’re keen on printing your designs on joggers with white base color, go for their athletic and youth joggers as the casual one (unisex fleece) is only offered in black and grey. Designs that are too light or too dark in color work best with a white printing base!

You’ll also want to consider the design concept you’re going for when choosing a product. Printify’s athletic and youth joggers can be printed throughout (all-over-print) while the unisex fleece jogger can only be printed on the back pocket.

2. Printful

The next best print on demand company to work with is Printful. Although they have lesser products to offer compared to Printify, there’s three types of sweatpants for you to sell!

By refering to the image below, you can see that Printful’s sweatpants are slightly more expensive compared to Printify. Even with their Printful Growth subscription (about 6%-14% savings), it can be quite hard to beat Printify’s prices.

With that said, you would have to consider some other factors too when choosing your POD supplier. This includes printing quality, product quality, shipping prices and turnaround time. I’ve had great fast service working with Printful so far!

I also personally like using Printful’s built-in design studio more than Printify as it makes it super easy for beginners to design from scratch.

3. Inkthreadable

Looking to source your sweatpants from a print on demand UK company? Inkthreadable is a great option for apparel products as most of their items are sustainably sourced and some are vegan!

The one obvious benefit of using a UK-based POD company is that product prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds) and transactions are carried out in that currency. It also makes sense if you’re selling to the local audience as regular shipping ensures orders are delivered in just 1-3 days using Royal Mail 24.

A major downside is that you can only sell a single type of custom jogger with Inkthreadable. You can choose between selling an embroidered jogger or a DTG-printed jogger. Adding an embroidery design for the first time would incur £12 for Inkthreadable to digitize it for printing.

When selling embroidered products, refer to their embroidery thread color list and ensure your designs are based off the specific colors. POD companies usually provides exact color codes for you to use.

In the case of Inkthreadable, you can choose the thread colors directly when finalizing your product – sample in image below. This ensures that your final product has the same embroidery colors as what you advertised in the product listing!

4. CustomCat

Need a more extensive catalog for your online store? There’s at least five types of sweatpants you can sell with CustomCat.

Some of the sweatpants on CustomCat are within the athletic range so expect a quick drying material if that’s what you prefer.

For the material and function, prices are quite reasonable and well in between Printify and Printful. The variation in price from $24 to $26 for some of the products in image below is due to the different pricing for different sizes.

They also have a subscription plan for you to save money with. CustomCat Pro is only $30 per month and allows you to save about 20%-40% in cost!

The major downside is CustomCat’s sweatpants are not offered in white and only come in black, grey and navy. Products are also not all-over-print so your designs will not be printed on the entire product.

If you’re unsure of their printing quality, CustomCat uses DIGISOFT print method which is said to be more vibrant, detailed and longer lasting. You can check out a video explaining more on this in my other article.

Looking for premium wear so you can design pants for yourself? Contrado is known for their premium quality, that’s well-reflected by their higher-than-most price.

For sweatpants, Contrado only offers custom printed track suit pants made using jersey fabric and comes with two side pockets. Sizes go from XXS and all the way to 2XL so there’s options for everyone.

Jersey material makes the pants cool to wear at any time of day and suitable for athleisure. You can wear it as lounge wear, outer wear or day wear. There is a similar tracksuit bottom within Contrado’s men clothing category that’s priced equally.

Contrado typically ships orders in 1-2 days of ordering and offers express shipping for US addresses as fast as 1-2 days (post manufacturing)!

6. Bags Of Love

If you’re from the UK and want to get something that’s similar to what Contrado has to offer, you can take a look at Bags Of Love.

They are a brand under Contrado that ships orders mainly from the UK and uses GBP (British Pounds) for sales. Just like Contrado, BOL’s prices is on the higher end but it comes with superb printing quality that’s ideal if you’re buying for yourself or your loved ones.

There’s only a single type of joggers on BOL and you can choose between three jersey fabrics when placing your order. This includes the Rox Sports Jersey, Ponte Jersey or Quilted Jersey. You can also select a color for pocket lining colors to match your design – either white and black.

BOL has a unique feature that’s not available on Contrado. You can use their ready photo collage templates to upload multiple images and print a photo collage on your joggers.

Looking for something on the cheaper side? HugePOD offers a wide variety of joggers including unique pants that can be classified as joggers – full list down below.

All of the joggers on HugePOD are priced well under the $22 mark which makes it even cheaper than Printify! Some comes in multiple colors including pastel and solid dark colors so you have a lot of options to work with.

It’s best to make your one design available in different colors for this purpose!

There are fewer options for sizes when sourcing with HugePOD as orders are made and shipped from China. You can only print your designs on one side of the pants as there are no options for all over print joggers.

Good thing is, if you’re planning to sell your designed joggers at a physical store or booth, consider utilizing HugePOD’s bulk discounts and save up to 20% off normal prices. Selling them at $50 each would bring you $35.20 in gross profit – about 70%!

Although they only have a single type of joggers to offer, it comes in multiple sizes (S – 5XL) unlike HugePOD. They’re also based in Vietnam so your orders won’t be coming from China.

I would only recommend working with a fulfillment that’s far from your target audience’s address if you’re an experienced POD or dropship seller. Shipping may take some time and you’ll need to be able to handle customer’s expectations well to avoid cancellations etc.

If you want to save more on cost, consider going for Merchize’s second option for joggers that is to print them in China. It is the same product but priced cheaper as it is made in China but can only be shipped to the US.

9. Apliiq

There’s surprisingly a lot of options for custom sweatpants and joggers on Apliiq including tie dye and camo ones. Most are made to be unisex and you can find premium cotton joggers as well as performance joggers (meant for athleisure or sportswear).

On Apliiq, you can choose between a few types of design printing for your apparels. This includes the usual digital print, screen print, transfer print or embroidery. Prices vary depending on the type of printing you’re going for.

Unlike others, Apliiq allows you to order samples of your own product for an additional charge as an Apliiq artist will review your artwork and fine tune it to achieve a good results. The price paid for a sample would be higher than the dropship price you would pay when you’re selling the item.

Their premium joggers come in 9 solid colors and adding an embroidery design for the first time would cost you a $11 digitization fee. You can choose up to 5 thread colors for embroidery.

Shipping within the US is only $5.49 and you can enjoy free shipping if you’re buying over $100!

There’s only one type of sweatpants you can sell with JetPrint and it comes with pockets on both sides. Although shipping to the US takes 7-12 days and starts at about $7, the product is cheaply priced at $9.50 for all sizes.

They also offer fast shipping for $15 more if you want to get your order in 5-7 days! For me, that isn’t too big a difference so I’ll stick to standard shipping. Just make sure your customers are aware of the delivery time.

There’s multiple sizing options for sweatpants but it’s wise to test them out as not all companies follow standardized sizes, especially China-based ones like JetPrint.

If you didn’t know, JetPrint is better known for their wide range of footwear. So if you’re looking for different products to cross-sell with sweatpants, you should look into designing their custom printed sport shoes.

11. Inkedjoy

Keen on working with a print on demand company based in China? You should consider Inkedjoy for their wide range of products. Each of their categories are filled with great options and they’re cheaply priced.

For sweatpants and joggers however, Inkedjoy only has three types to offer. All are priced between $8 to $14 (excluding shipping) and can be printed all over.

Shipping cost to the USA is quite reasonable and starts from $7 for standard shipping which should take 7-13 days. This makes it comparable to JetPrint, plus they have about 11 shipping options for you to select.

You can also get a discount on shipping for bulk purchases if you contact their team before placing your order.

Just like CustomCat, there’s no options for joggers with white color base on Spreadshirt. You can choose between black, tan or grey for the Bella + Canvas joggers in the image below. Their unisex joggers is only available in black!

Three of their joggers come in 5 sizes (S-2XL) and made for regular fit so you’ll have no trouble selling them to any kind of gender (it’s called unisex anyway). Plus you can design custom joggers sets to get even more revenue per sale.

Spreadshirt is a POD marketplace like Redbubble and you’re able to sell directly on the platform itself without needing to set up a separate ecommerce store. Super easy for beginners!

If you’re looking to design all-over-print joggers and been feeling unsure with all the options listed above, you should check out Subliminator. Even though they only have two types of joggers to offer, both are made with great quality (you can check out the reviews at each product page).

All product prices on Subliminator includes shipping to the USA, UK, Germany, Europe, Australia and Canada. You’ll have to add $2 for the rest of the world, not too bad!

The main difference between the fashion jogger and the athletic jogger is the type of material used. Fashion joggers are made of cotton with fleece lining on the inside, while the athletic ones are made using a mixture of polyester and spandex.

I would order both and use them alternately! Perfect for a cozy day in at home or a hot day out.

5. Upload designs to products
   • Uploading designs to supplier’s products is super easy and you should be able to do this once an account is created
   • Position the design correctly when uploading as the actual product will look the same as what you see online
6. Set a suitable profit margin for each product
   • On most sites, you should be able to set a selling price once you’ve done uploading the design
   • A suitable margin should be 40%-50% depending on the platform you’re selling on and any fees you’ll incur on each sale
