Honkai: Star Rail Players first encountered Robin in Penacony, who is known to be Sunday’s sister. She is a Halovian singer born in Penacony and rose to fame. She’s an elegant young lady who uses the power of Harmony to broadcast music.

Robin Release Date
There is no announced release date for Robin yet, but she will likely be in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.2.
Robin Drip Marketing
Robin was announced as a 5-star playable character on March 12, 2024, with the Honkai: Star Rail official X account dropping her drip marketing. She is revealed as a Harmony Physical character.

Robin Kit and Skills
Dimbreath first leaked Robin’s kit and skills three months ago, which contained details about her Ultimate, Skill, and possible talent or passive.
A new leak from Dimbreath details Robin’s splash art, kit, and eidolons.
HomDGCat also has Robin’s skills up on their site. All of these are subject to change:
Basic Attack: Wingflip White Noise Deals Physical DMG equal toX of Robin’s ATK to a single enemy.
Skill: Pinion’s Aria Increase DMG dealt by all allies by X, lasting for 3 turn(s). This duration decreases by 1 at the start of Robin’s turn.
Ultimate: Vox Harmonique, Opus Cosmique Robin enters the Concerto state and makes all other allies immediately take action. Additional DMG Crowd Control debuff
When in the Concerto state, increase all allies’ ATK by X of Robin’s ATK plus Y. Moreover, after every attack by allies, Robin deals Additional Physical DMG equal to X of her ATK 1 time. The CRIT Rate for this damage is set at 100% and CRIT DMG is set at 150%.
When in the Concerto state, Robin is immune to Crowd Control debuffs, and cannot enter her turn or take action.
A Concerto countdown appears on the Action Order bar. When the countdown’s turn begins, Robin exits the Concerto state and immediately takes action. The countdown has its own fixed SPD of 90.
Causes the target being hit to take extra DMG, which is not considered an attack.
Freeze, Entanglement, Imprisonment, Dominated, Outrage, Strong Reverberation, and Alien Dream.
Talent: Tonal Resonance Increase all allies’ CRIT DMG by X. Also, after allies attack enemy targets, Robin additionally regenerates 2 Energy for herself.
Technique: Overture of Inebriation After using Technique, create a dimension around Robin that lasts for 15 seconds. Enemies within this dimension will not attack Robin and will follow Robin while the dimension is active. After entering battle while the dimension is active, Robin regenerates 5 Energy at the start of each wave. Only 1 dimension created by allies can exist at the same time.

Impromptu Flourish While in the Concerto state, all allies’ CRIT DMG dealt when launching follow-up attacks increases by10.0%.
Sequential Passage When using Skill, additionally regenerates5.0Energy.
Eidolons
E1: Land of Smiles While Robin is in the Concerto state, when an ally performs an attack, their All-Type RES PEN increases by 12.0%, max 2.0 stacks.
E2: Afternoon Tea For Two Additionally increase the Talent’s CRIT DMG Boost effect by 20.0% and Energy Regeneration effect by 1.0 Energy.
E3: Inverted Tuning Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
E4: Raindrop Key When Robin uses her Ultimate, dispels Crowd Control debuffs from all allies and increases the Effect RES of all allies by 50.0% while Robin is in the Concerto state.
E5: Lonestar’s Lament Basic ATK Lv. +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15.
E6: Moonless Midnight While Robin is in the Concerto state, the CRIT DMG of Robin’s Additional DMG increases by 450.0%. This can be triggered at most 8.0 times. The trigger count resets after the Ultimate is used.

Dim also shared information about Robin’s Signature Light Cone “Flowing Nightglow.” This included the illustration, stats, and effects.

Pacify: The wearer gains 1 stack of Cantillation every time an ally attacks. Each stack of Cantillation increases the wearer’s Energy Regeneration Rate by 3.0% (5.0%), up to 5 stacks. When the wearer uses their Ultimate, removes Cantillation and gains Cadenza. Cadenza increases the Wearer’s ATK by 48% (80%) and all allies’ DMG dealt by 24% (40%), lasting for 1 turn(s).
