JUMP TO RECIPE
I wrote this Buttery Parmesan and Parsley Biscuit Recipe/blog post while participating in the Kids II Blogger Campaign and received monetary compensation and/or free products to facilitate my review.
My mini chef is on a roll in the kitchen, or in today’s recipe, biscuits! She wants to cook all the time and I love to cook with her. She hops up into herIngenuity Trio 3-in-1 SmartClean Highchairand we get to it! Her toddler seat was still attached to the chair from dinner last night so we used it this way.
I feel completely safe with her sitting in her high chair. She plopped down the biscuit dough right onto the tray and it was still fine. The bowl was pretty heavy too and the tray was able to withstand it and of course the biscuit dough. I’m pretty impressed with the durability. For the price tag you pay and the quality you get, you really think that you spent even more than $99. You can find this affordable high chaironline at Target.com!
As always, clean up is super easy too. If things get really messy you can take of the top tray and use the bottom.
My girl doesn’t mess around, she likes to get her hands into the dough and she had no issues mixing the butter with her hands. No sensory issues here! This is a recipe that is super easy for kids to make and it’s so much fun too. You will most likely have all of the ingredients on hand and if not they’re usual staples you need to restock, am I right?
When my husband came home and saw the biscuits he thought I made them. When baby girl said, “dada I made them all by myself!” he was so proud. She has become quite the foodie. She even enjoys watching food shows with me now. I love how she has so much passion to be in the kitchen and that herIngenuity Trio 3-in-1 SmartClean Highchairhelps her achieve it with comfort!

To cut mini biscuits, I use a large piping tip. It works wonderfully!
Place your biscuits on a baking sheet, and top with tabs of butter.
Mix together remaining parsley and parmesan and sprinkle onto biscuits
Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are lightly golden.
